This weekend, St. David's Brass will take part in both the Gorebridge Gala Day and at St. Luke's & St. Anne's Church BBQ.
The band will lead the parade in Gorebridge on Saturday and play for the crowning of the king and queen before entertaining the parishioners of St. Luke's & St. Anne's.
St. David's Brass are available for any event within the Midlothian area. |

St. David's Brass and St. David's Budding Brass took part in the St. David's High School Family Party at St. Matthew's Church Hall in Rosewell.
Both bands performed a programme of entertaining music for the parents and children alike before enjoying a burger or two from the barbeque! |

St. David's Brass would like to invite you to a night at the movies on Friday 12th June 2009.
No popcorn but plenty of great film theme music including James Bond, Braveheart and Shrek.
The concert begins at 7pm with a retiring collection in leu of The Friends of Midlothian's Children.

St. David's came a respectable 3rd at the Fife Brass Band Festival in the Carnegie Hall, Dunfermline. Congratulations also go to our Principal Cornet, Stuart Dickson, who won the best instrumentalist prize with his rendition of Harry James' Concerto for Trumpet.

The Beginner's Band compeleted their first session together with a well-attended concert in St. David's Church Hall performing such numbers as the hymn LLoyd and the popular 'Oh, When the Saints'.
A total of 16 make up this group who have been rehearsing together since January under the leadership of St. David's Musical Director, John Dickson. Following an Easter break, the band will meet again on Sunday nights from 7pm.
