St David’s Brass Band acknowledges and thanks all the donors and grant funders that are helping us to refurbish our dilapidated rehearsal premises. There was a mountain to climb but the end is finally in sight. Without their support it would have not been possible.
A Discretionary Legacy was given anonymously and, at various times, three donations were given anonymously and we are extremely grateful for the unexpected generosity of each one.
Foundation Scotland gave funds towards the installation of a ventilation system
People’s Postcode Trust is a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery. It gave funding towards the installation of a ventilation system.
National Lottery Community funding is towards kitchen refurbishment.
The UK Government’s Community Ownership Fund is towards the refurbishment of the hall.
The ASDA Foundation is supporting our soundproofing work.
